📝 How to Register at FDS
Step-by-Step Guide for New and Returning Families
Whether you're new to Fantasy Dance School or returning for another exciting season, we’re here to make the registration process as simple and stress-free as possible. Follow these easy steps to get your dancer ready for class!
✅ STEP 1: Explore Our Programs
Browse our class offerings by age, style, and level. We have classes for:

Toddlers (starting at 18 months)

Preschool and early childhood

Recreational and technique programs for ages 6–18

Teen, adult, and performance-level training

✅ STEP 2: Create or Log In to Your Parent Portal
All registration is managed through our secure FDS Parent Portal.

If you're a new family, create an account with your contact info and student details.

Returning families can log in and update existing info.

📌 Important Reminder:
Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 3 months.
If you plan to withdraw from any program, please be sure to save your payment history and records before doing so.
If you need invoices for tax purposes, reimbursement, or personal records, please request them prior to leaving the program, as we will not retain access to your account data beyond the 3-month window.

Inside the portal, choose classes that match your dancer’s age and skill level. You may:

✅ STEP 4: Review Tuition & Policies
Before finalizing registration, please:

Review tuition rates, payment schedules, and studio policies

Read and agree to our FDS Handbook, Liability Waiver, and Media Release
✅ STEP 5: Submit Registration & Payment
Once your classes are selected:

Submit your registration

Pay your registration fee and first installment (if applicable)
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your class schedule and welcome information.

Prepare your dancer for a great start:

Review the dress code and required shoes

Mark your calendar with start dates and rehearsal weeks

✅ STEP 7: Student Evaluation
To ensure every student is placed in the class that best supports their progress and success, all students will be evaluated by their instructor within the first 30 days of the session. If a class adjustment is recommended based on skill level or developmental needs, our team will work closely with you to make a smooth and supportive transition.
