Our afterschool program is designed as a structured enrichment experience, not childcare. All activities are instructor-led, and children are enrolled in specific classes that rotate weekly.

Each session is led by expert instructors and includes a blend of fine arts, movement, and brain-boosting fun — designed to inspire your child’s full potential.

Every month, we feature a new creative theme, such as “All About Me,” “Imagination Station,” or “Winter Wonder.” At the end of each month, families are invited to join us for a student-led Showcase Day featuring:

Dance and performance routines

All classes are led by qualified, passionate instructors with backgrounds in dance, visual arts, gymnastics, education, and child development.

- CPR and First Aid certified
- Trained in classroom and behavior management
- Cleared through comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting (Live Scan) as required for anyone working with children in California

Tuition includes all enrichment classes (dance, art, gymnastics, theatre, LEGO, puzzles, storytelling),

instructional materials, and monthly showcase events.

Standard Tuition (Without Transportation or Snack Service)

This plan includes full access to all enrichment classes and events but does not include transportation or snack services.

3 Days/Week: $690/month
4 Days/Week: $795/month
5 Days/Week: $870/month

Tuition with Snack Service Only

This package includes daily nut-free snacks in addition to all enrichment activities. Transportation is not included.

3 Days/Week: $710/month
4 Days/Week: $825/month
5 Days/Week: $900/month

Tuition with Transportation Only

Includes daily pick-up from select local schools and all program activities. Snacks are not included.

3 Days/Week: $890/month
4 Days/Week: $1005/month

Our most comprehensive option includes transportation, daily nut-free snacks, and access to all program enrichment activities.

Tuition includes all enrichment classes (dance, art, gymnastics, theatre, LEGO, puzzles, storytelling, etc.), instructional materials, monthly showcase events, and more.

FEES DUE UPON REGISTRATION

Before enrolling, all families must complete our initial registration form. This is the first step in the enrollment process and helps us determine placement and availability.

Once submitted, we will follow up with enrollment confirmation and next steps.

REGISTRATION FEE: An annual, non-refundable $175 per student is due at enrollment. This fee covers administrative processing, record-keeping, insurance coverage, and preparation for seasonal programs. It may also serve as a "waiting list fee" to secure your child's spot should immediate placement be unavailable.
MATERIAL FEE: Included — No additional supply fees are required.

SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT POLICY AND LATE PICK-UP FEES

HOURS: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

SIGN-IN/OUT POLICY: A parent or authorized adult (listed on the Enrollment Form) must sign students in and out daily.
A valid photo ID is required at pick-up.

LATE PICKUP:
- Students must be picked up by 6:00 PM.
- If late, parents must notify the After School Supervisor and arrange alternate pick-up.
- After 6:00 PM:
  - $15 for the first 15 minutes
  - $5 for every 5 minutes thereafter
- After five late pick-ups per school year, continued enrollment may be reviewed.

TRANSPORTATION POLICY

🚐 Safe & Reliable Transportation

Fantasy Dance is excited to offer transportation services, helping families access our afterschool enrichment program, Rising Stars, with greater convenience and peace of mind.

While our program is license-exempt under California Title 22, we uphold the highest standards of safety, supervision, and responsibility when transporting children.

✅ How Our Transportation Service Works

Service Area: Available for select schools within Mountain View and surrounding neighborhoods
Schedule: Afternoon pick-up from school and direct drop-off at our program location
Who Drives: Friendly, vetted staff members who are background-checked and trained
Eligible Ages: Children ages 5–12 enrolled in our program

🛡️ Safety Comes First

We go above and beyond to ensure your child's safety during every ride:

All drivers hold a valid California driver’s license
Every driver is background-checked through Live Scan and has a clean driving record
Vehicles are fully insured and inspected regularly
We follow all seatbelt and booster seat laws for children
Drivers are CPR/First Aid certified

📝 What Parents Need to Know

To participate in our transportation service, families must:

Complete a Transportation Authorization Form
Provide current emergency contact information
Sign a transportation liability waiver and consent agreement

We do not supervise children before pickup hours. All children must be enrolled in the FDS's Afterschool Enrichment Program "Rising Stars" upon arrival.
