Welcome to the amazing world of contemporary dancing here at FDS! In these classes, combinations will explore beginner, technical elements of ballet with jazz & modern movements. Learn how to express a wide range of emotions through dance based on musical interpretation in a comfortable environment while learning how to connect our movements while growing in our spatial and self-awareness. A beautiful and calm environment to learn new movements, increase range of motion, and develop artistry while decompressing from a long work day! Are you serious about getting good at dancing? FITNESS FUSION CLASS

Welcome to Fitness Fusion! This class is a great mix of aerobic exercise and beginner dance technique to provide a upbeat, healthy workout that is fun for all! This class will incorporate elements of cardio, flexibility and full body movement with varying speeds and dance styles. Fitness Fusion is designed for adults with any level of dance experience and is a great outlet to get your heart pumping, release stress and increase muscle tone.
