Ms. Redeat Adane

A Passion for Children, Families, and Meaningful Connections

Ms. Redeat Adane is originally from Santa Clara, California. Her strong love for education led her to attend her dream school, Santa Clara University, where she studies Psychology.

Ms. Redeat has a special passion for working with children and families. Through her experience as a nanny, she has had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with children of various ages and cultural backgrounds throughout Silicon Valley. From playtime and reading to offering thoughtful words of encouragement, Ms. Redeat strives to make every child feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.

Ms. Redeat believes that children are the next generation of world changers and is passionate about encouraging them to reach their fullest potential. She values partnering with parents and families to help each child grow, succeed, and develop confidence.

In addition to her childcare experience, Ms. Redeat worked as a front desk host at a well-known restaurant in Los Altos, where she gained valuable experience providing attentive customer service and making every guest feel welcome.

With her background in psychology, childcare, and hospitality, Ms. Redeat is incredibly excited to begin this new journey with the FDS team and families!
