Alla Harea/Kegulskiy
Owner/Director,Ballet Master,Choreographer

Alla graduated with honors from The State Art University of the Republic of Moldova in 1991, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Children’s Psychology and Pedagogy and again in 1996, where she received a B.S. in Dramatic Arts with a specialization in choreography and qualifications as a Ballet Master/ Teacher. Alla has an outstanding passion for dancing which she incorporated into her 34 years of experience as a dancer and a teacher. Her credentials include several years of work with “JOK”, The State Art Academic Folk Company of Moldova, The Moldova Opera & Music Theatre Company, and the dance companies “KHORE MARE”, “MARTSISHOR”, and “CHIOCIRLIA”. She has also spent 6 years at The State Pedagogical University as a lecturer for Ballet and teaching Technique. Since Alla moved to the USA, she has taught Ballet at “Peninsula Gymnastics” in San Mateo, California, before opening up Fantasy Dance Studio. In addition to dancing, Alla also has extensive training in stage management, costuming, technical theatre and graphic design.


Marianna Kombou
Choreographer, Ballet Teacher

Marianna began her dance career at age 7 and studied at the Ballet Academy of Krasnoyarsk. Upon graduation she performed with Tuvin Ballet Troupe Musical and Drama Theatre as principal dancer. From 1995-1999 she studied Art Management at Saint Petersburg University of Art & Culture. In 2002 Marianna joined Lily Cai’s San Francisco Chinese Modern Ballet Company. She worked as company dancer and part-time dance instructor in local elementary schools. She joined the Fantasy Dance Studio in April 2010 as a dance instructor. In February 2011 she accepted the position of Ballet Instructor within a company and very happy about it. Marianna’s passion for dance and love for kids makes her life/work more enjoyable.

Serge Grigoryev
Dance Teacher, BTC/GTC Teacher

Serge began dancing at the age of six and at Fantasy Dance Studio from 2002 and now he has been dancing and teaching at the Fantasy Dance Studio. He has 16 years experience in folk and ballroom dance, lyrical, hip hop and acro. He assisted with boys and girls school-age classes throughout all the time, becoming a favorite teacher for many students. The minute he walks in the Studio, he will impress you with his enthusiasm, a sheer blast of energy and animation in every class he teaches. His commitment and dedication to the Fantasy Dance Studio is unquestioned. We are proud to call him one of our own.

Anna Tolompoyko
Dance Teacher

Anna studied dance at the Moscow Ballet Academy in Russia. She performed at the Bolshoy Theatre, Great Kremlin Palace, Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre performing various parts in "Swan Lake", "The Nutcracker", "Notre Dame de Paris"("Esmeralda"), "Cinderella", "Le Corsaire" and others. She moved to the United States and became a private dance instructor for various Gymnastic Centers in the Metro Atlanta, GA. For the past 5 years Anna has taught young girls pre-ballet, tap ballet and hip hop. She believes that children have an unprecedented potential to become talented successful adults, and she finds satisfaction in being a positive role model in their young lives. Miss Anna adores her students and loves any opportunity to teach them dance. Miss Anna is so excited to start working with Fantasy Dance Studio.

Cecilia Giovacchini
Ballroom Teacher

Cecilia is originally from Florence Italy and has been teaching and dancing competitively for over 11 years. Together with her partner she has won many regional and national dance competitions all over the world and in the United States. She enjoys teaching all ages from beginner to competitive dancers. Her teaching style is known to be "tough love" but always working with the students’ abilities and talents to reach their maximum potential.

Dorit Gousinov
Office Administrator

Dorit has been a part of Fantasy Dance Studio for over 5 years now. Her daughter is a proud student attending classes since 2006, and is now in the Pre-Teen class. For the past 2 years Dorit has attended the Mom & Dad’s class, as well as over 6 months of ballroom dance classes, and previous ballet classes. She has started working as Office Administrator in January 2011, after volunteering a lot of her time to the Studio, helping out with concerts, camps, office work, and more. Born in Latvia, and having lived in Israel for 16 years, Dorit speaks Russian, Hebrew, and English fluently. Dorit has become an important part of Fantasy Dance Studio and a great help with any and all Fantasy Dance Studio related activities.

Anna Harea
Dance Teacher Assistant

Anna Mirela Harea began dancing at the age of three years old. She has been part of Fantasy Dance Studio since it was started, and has been dedicated ever since. In June of 2011, she has begun training to become a teacher. Anna is an amazing dancer that loves to share her technique with others. Anna always works on improving the dancers, as well as making the class an amazing experience. Anna is also in charge of the Costume Room. She keeps track of every article and prop needed for each dance, and distributes the costumes to each dancer. Anna was originally born in Chisinau, Moldova but has been living in the U.S. since she was six. She speaks English, Romanian, Russian, and Spanish. At Fantasy Dance Studio Anna dances in Seniors, Juniors, Ballroom, Ballet V, and Pointe. Outside of the studio she is taking advanced jazz and is part of the LAHS Dance Team. Anna is planning on majoring in choreography and psychology.

Andrey Moiseyev
Dance Teacher Assistant

Andrey Moiseyev joined Fantasy Dance Studio in 2007 as a novice dancer. Slowly progressed in talent which moved him to the advanced classes, and one by one starting other genres such as Ballroom, Ballet, and theater work. Over the last few years Andrey have been volunteering to be a counselor for the studios dance camp held every summer, this helped him learn the names and communicate with the younger students who I can never encounter at the studio. Starting August of 2011 Andrey was employed as a warm up instructor and teacher’s assistant as well as interning to become a choreographer and instructor for the studio.
Andrey is filled with new inspiration and considers it a real honor to teach at Fantasy Dance Studio, and feels fortunate to work with such wonderful students, parents, and fellow teachers.
